Jennifer Bales, Director of Administration, is responsible for all administrative over-site at Talon, including office management, payroll, accounting, licensure, and insurance. Before assuming her current responsibilities, Ms. Bales worked as a background investigator and continues to assist with various case oversight.
Her hands-on experience relating to payroll, human resources and administration during her time in the healthcare industry translated easily to her current responsibilities, and her education in the corporate security arena is ongoing.
