Emergency
Response Table Top Exercise
Talon
Executive Services Emergency Response Team
Members are well versed in emergency planning;
including SEMS (the Standardized Emergency
Management System), the ODP Homeland Security
Exercise and Evaluation Program, general Emergency
Management principles, as well as State OES
guidelines. Members of the Talon Team of Anti-Terrorism
and Emergency Response Planning experts have
spent significant portions of their careers
analyzing and assessing threats and conducting
Tabletop Exercises as Agents of the United
States Secret Service and Federal Bureau of
Investigation, as well as in the private sector
for other state and local governmental entities.
In conducting a Tabletop Exercise, the Talon
Team will outline an Exercise Plan, identifying
goals and objectives and plan the execution
of the exercise to meet those goals and objectives.
Talon will then develop the Master Sequence
of Events List (MSEL) listing key exercise
events and times, projecting responses to
events or other devices used to move the exercise,
including the development of a threat scenario
comprised of a single or multiple simulated
actual attacks and/or events, indicators and
warnings thereby thoroughly testing the client’s
emergency response and management capabilities.
