As the Lead Investigator, Ms. Miner is in charge of all background investigations, including pre-employment, fraud, and due diligence investigations. Her attention to detail ensures the accuracy of all background investigation reports. She is also responsible for the coordination of all field interviews, inputting them into a highly complex matrix system to conduct corporate investigations. Prior to joining Talon, Ms. Miner was an Interview Coordinator and Systems Analyst for White Cap Industries, Inc. and Confidential Management Services.
