Kain Guercci came to Talon Executive Services with investigative and security experience spanning more than fifteen years earned throughout the nation and the world. Prior to joining the Talon Team, Mr. Guercci’s experience included fugitive recovery, as well as executive protection of celebrities, dignitaries, and corporate clients. Additionally, he has worked as an agent for both federal and local law enforcement agencies as an operative, successfully completing narcotic transactions, and helping to obtain convictions through his unimpeachable testimony in state and federal courts.

As operations manager for Talon Executive Service, Inc., he is responsible for managing field operations, including Talon’s undercover operatives, executive protection teams, fielding and qualifying armed agents and security officers, and conducting field advances for corporate and celebrity protection. Bringing to the Talon Team a wealth of experience in fraud and malfeasance investigations, Mr. Guercci yields a 94% confession rate during investigative interviews as a result of a proprietary interview technique designed to meet the specific needs of the client’s corporate environment. Mr. Guercci is trained as a mixed martial artist in the disciplines of Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Muay Thai kickboxing, and holds an expert classification in firearms and control techniques.
