Currently qualifies for top secret clearance. Mr. Drulias is an ongoing-on-site Security Consultant for a major Orange County research and manufacturing firm. He is Talon’s security systems design expert. Prior to joining Talon, Mr. Drulias was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Security Solutions, an integrated security system design/installation company, from 1997 to November 2003. His responsibilities included contracts and administration, oversight of the design and installation of integrated electronic security systems and credentialing applications. From 1995-1997, he was the General Manager for Inter-Con Security Systems, a contract guard service in the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Drulias managed weekly guard services in excess of 25,000 hours per week for enterprise level clients. From 1994-1995, he was Director of Security, Safety and Transportation at the Citicorp Plaza project and was responsible for managing a guard force of 74 people and 9 technicians assigned to monitor all access control, intrusion and fire alarm functions for a five-acre development, with multiple high-rise and commercial businesses. Finally, Mr. Drulias was with the Los Angeles Police Department and retired as a Captain in 1994 after almost 33 years of service.
