DRUG & ALCOHOL AWARENESS

The office of the National Drug Control Policy estimates that substance abuse by employees cost companies over $98 billion dollars a year. Employees are often put at risk by co-workers who engage in substance abuse.

Additionally, statistics reveal that there is a correlation between violent acts in the workplace and alcohol and substance abuse. Of those who perpetuate acts of violence in the workplace, 84% have an alcohol or substance abuse addiction.

Talon will train Managers and Human Resources on how to detect alcohol and substance abuse and provide intervention techniques.
